Welcome! My name is Erin Baebler and I'm so glad you found me. I work with women and young women who are:
*in transition (from high school to college, from college to work, from work to motherhood, from job to new job--you get the idea)
*stuck (in a job you hate, in a bad relationship, in a life you aren't thrilled with, in a family that doesn't understand you)

Magnolia Workshop is a center for discovery and productivity--a place and a way for motivated women and young women to explore their potential and move through transitions.
My passion is helping you be the best you. It's as simple (and as complicated) as that. I know how life can get in the way of creating all that you dream of. And, I know that small steps in the right direction can get you back on track.
Working with women and young women to explore, grow and share their gifts with the world is my life's purpose. We all have talents we can use to impact our worlds and the world at large. I feel like it's our responsibility (and also a great source of joy) to step out from our busy lives and show up in a way that inspires and encourages others to do the same.
I began coaching in 2002 and haven't looked back. I'm trained and certified through The Coaches Training Institute (www.thecoaches.com) and have an additional certification through The International Coach Federation (www.coachfederation.org), the professional association of personal and business coaches. I'm also in the process of earning UCLA's College Counseling certificate.
